Job Description
As a Utilityman/ Messenger, you shall be responsible for but not limited to the following duties and responsibilities, to wit:
- Run general errands, such as bills payment, bank transaction, pick-up, and/or deliver packages or documents.
- Perform collection activities in coordination with Finance.
- Ensure proper documentation of activities by providing official receipts and other documents required for liquidation.
- Responsible for maintaining general cleanliness of the office – removing trash and debris – ensuring a pleasant atmosphere is maintained.
- Responsible for department’s recycling – ensuring compliance with the green thread program.
- Identify maintenance and safety issues and take the correct steps to correct them.
- Maintain a positive attitude in high-stress situations.
- Report to work in the proper dress code.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From Php610.00 per day
Expected hours: 24 per week
