Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Partner Commissions Specialist to oversee commission processes, reconcile partner payments, and improve payout workflows. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, timely commissions and support the growth of our partner programs.
- Responsibilities: calculate and verify partner commissions, reconcile payments, maintain accurate records, investigate and resolve discrepancies, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with finance and partnerships teams to optimize payout processes.
- Requirements: minimum 2 years in finance or partner operations, strong Excel proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and clear communication. Experience with commission platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, PartnerStack) is a plus.
