Job Description
A Partner Enablement Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining successful partnerships with external organizations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our partners to understand their business needs and goals, and provide them with the necessary resources and support to enhance their capabilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing onboarding programs to train partners on our products and services.
- Providing ongoing support to partners, answering their queries, and addressing any issues they may face.
- Creating and delivering partner enablement materials, including training documentation, presentations, and videos.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth partner integration and alignment with our business strategy.
- Evaluating partner performance and providing feedback to optimize their performance.
To be successful in this position, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of partnership dynamics. Previous experience in partner enablement or related fields would be a plus.
