Job Description
eTap Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated Partner Success Officer to enhance our partner relationships and support partner onboarding. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of strong relationships with partners.
- Supporting onboarding processes for new partners, including documentation and resource provision.
- Analyzing partner performance data and preparing insightful reports.
- Coordinating monthly visits to store partners in the Davao Region, requiring personal transportation.
This full-time position may involve travel and requires a proactive attitude towards partner engagement and relationship management.
