Job Description
YGC Cars (Honda and Isuzu) is seeking a Parts Admin Staff to manage the Parts Department’s administrative functions. The role involves handling part requests, processing payments, and generating reports.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and Requests for Payments (RFP);
- Assist Sales Department with parts requisition;
- Ensure availability of accessories for customers;
- Maintain Parts Department documents;
- Replenish office supplies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Technology or related field;
- Fresh graduates are welcome;
- Knowledge of MS applications;
- Willing to work in Isuzu Commonwealth, Quezon City.
Job Type: Full-time (8-hour shift)
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary.
