Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately encode data into the company database, ensuring correctness and timeliness.
- Verify data against source documents to check for errors.
- Organize and maintain files, keeping records up-to-date and accessible.
- Perform regular data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency.
Requirements:
- College graduate in Information and Technology.
- Experience as an Encoder in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent typing and data entry skills (50 wpm minimum).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Day shift, Mon-Fri, Overtime, Weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred)
