Job Description
I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures orderliness, cleanliness and security of inventory; making sure that only authorized personnel gain access in the storage areas.
- Arranges in proper location newly delivered spare parts and records on bin cards to ensure efficiency and control.
- Maintains the storage area and ensures condition conforms to the storage requirements that prevent damage of the items.
- Ensures proper documentation and authorization of all stock movements.
- Records incoming & outgoing parts in the bin cards as well as in the inventory cards for stock control.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Preferably with at least one year of relevant working experience.
- Knowledgeable in the use of MS Office applications (Word & Excel) & Internet.
- Possesses a valid non-professional driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
