Job Description
Job Summary:
The Parts Warehouseman is under the supervision of the Inventory Controller and Parts Manager and is in charge of inventorying materials, assisting in receiving and releasing of parts, assisting customers with their purchases from the warehouse and delivering supplies and equipment. He also ensures that goods are stored and protected from theft and deterioration.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ordering and receiving actual parts from TMP
- Releases parts and chemicals to counter and Service Department
- Prepares monthly inventory of locally purchased parts
- Performs other tasks assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications:
- The candidate must possess at least a Vocational Graduate in any field
- Willing to start immediately
- Should be familiar with various supplier catalogs, and be able to use a computer system, and calculator.
- Must be detail-oriented and with clerical skills for recording and monitoring equipment and tools
- Amenable to work in Quezon City
