Pastry Chef at Manhattan Group
Our client, Manhattan Group, is managing a prestigious five-star hotel in Lagos, Nigeria, known for its luxury accommodations and exceptional function facilities. We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our team and contribute to our culinary excellence that sets us apart in the hospitality industry.
The Role:
As the Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating a wide array of pastries, including baking and bread-making, to elevate our dining experiences. Experience with African cuisine is a plus, and the ability to deliver quality under pressure is essential.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in four or five-star hotels.
- Proficiency in all aspects of pastry, from fine dining to buffet and banqueting.
- Strong skills in bread-making are highly valued.
- Capability to oversee large-scale functions and high-volume production.
- Background working in diverse, multicultural environments.
Package:
Salary range: US$3,500 to US$4,00 net per month.
