Job Description
Access Healthcare is actively seeking a detail-oriented and organized Patient Billing Specialist to become a vital part of our expanding Healthcare BPO team. In this position, you will oversee the complete patient billing process, ensuring timely invoicing and resolving discrepancies to facilitate exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process patient billing information
- Generate and submit precise invoices
- Follow up on outstanding bills and claim denials
- Communicate effectively with patients and insurance providers
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare billing
- Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 codes
- Excellent communication skills
