Job Description
Join our team at Centre Medicale Internationale as a Patient Booking Associate! In this role, you will:
- Assist patients with appointments and inquiries.
- Communicate patient concerns to relevant departments.
- Update appointment logs and ensure compliance with clinic SOP.
- Facilitate teleconsultations and respond to calls professionally.
- Promote CMI products and ensure data privacy.
- Perform additional operational tasks as required.
Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
