Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Optum. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth patient care services and excellent customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities include coordinating patient appointments, managing medical records, and ensuring efficient communication between patients, medical staff, and other departments. You will also assist in handling billing inquiries and insurance verifications.
