Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team in Makati. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience for all our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patient needs and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay
- Collecting and analyzing patient feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall patient experience
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to address patient concerns and resolve issues
- Organizing and conducting patient satisfaction surveys
The ideal candidate for this position has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
