Job Description
We are seeking a Patient Experience Officer to promote exceptional, patient-centered care by coordinating communications, collecting and analyzing feedback, resolving concerns, and improving service workflows. The role greets and guides patients, liaises between clinical teams and families, manages satisfaction surveys, and converts feedback into practical improvements that enhance safety and satisfaction. The officer also supports patient education and accurate documentation.
- Preferred qualifications: degree or diploma in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field;
- Required skills: strong communication, empathy, problem solving, and basic data-tool proficiency;
- Experience in healthcare or customer service is advantageous.
