Job Description
The Patient Liaison Officer serves as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and clinical teams, ensuring clear, timely communication and an exceptional patient experience.
- Coordinate appointments and admissions, explain treatment plans, and address patient concerns.
- Document interactions accurately and facilitate information flow among care providers to support clinical outcomes.
- Maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and resolve issues proactively.
We seek a compassionate, organized communicator with healthcare or customer service experience. Bilingual candidates and those familiar with patient advocacy, electronic medical records, or discharge planning are preferred.
