Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to fill the position of Patient Liason at our reputable healthcare facility. As a Patient Liason, you will be responsible for ensuring effective communication between patients, their families, and medical staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a point of contact for patients and their families, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support
- Assisting patients in navigating through healthcare processes
- Coordinating appointments, referrals, and other logistical arrangements
- Advocating for patients’ rights and ensuring their satisfaction with the provided services
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to empathize and handle sensitive situations with compassion
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare system navigation
