Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Schedulers to join our team for a permanent work-from-home position. As a Patient Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing appointments, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to patients.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a strong understanding of medical terminology. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required as training will be provided.
