Job Description
Hire My Tech is seeking an experienced Customer Services Representative/Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our team. This remote position is open to applicants in the Philippines and operates on US Central timings.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Schedule and cancel patient appointments.
- Communicate with patients via email or live chat.
- Complete patient files in the EMR system.
- Resolve patient concerns across departments.
- Provide a welcoming first interaction with patients.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in a US/UK healthcare call center (preferred).
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
