Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Service Representative who is fluent in Spanish to join our team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting patients in a professional and courteous manner. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and assisting patients with any questions or concerns they may have. Strong customer service skills are a must, as you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking patients. In addition to fluency in Spanish and English, ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
