Job Description
Access Healthcare is seeking motivated individuals to join our pioneering team as Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will assist patients with benefit inquiries, billing, and authorizations, ensuring high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
Qualifications include at least 1 year of experience in Healthcare BPO, knowledge of HIPAA guidelines, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Php25,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month and attractive benefits, including opportunities for promotion and paid training.
