Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year business related course
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to work immediately in Angeles City Main Office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure correct approval, sorting, coding, and matching of invoices/receipts.
- Coordination with the Finance Department on signing checks for payables and cash on hand budgets.
- Prepare Receiving Report Entry and Delivery Report Entry on system for payment.
- Prepare Aging of Payables.
- Reconcile payables with finance department and suppliers.
- Collate and file receipts. Perform other work-related tasks.
