Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Payment Officer to join our team. As a Payment Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of payment processes within the organization. Your main duties will include processing payments, reconciling accounts, and handling any payment-related issues or inquiries.
Key responsibilities:
- Process and verify payment transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile payments with invoices and resolve any discrepancies
- Address and resolve payment-related issues or inquiries from customers or vendors
- Maintain accurate payment records and documentation
- Stay updated with payment regulations and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in payment processing or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using payment processing systems and Microsoft Office
