Job Description
- Preparing account statements for customers.
- Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries
- Receive and sort incoming payments
- Manage and track incoming payments
- Processing credit memos.
- Identify inconsistencies
- Regularly update accounts receivable database
- Inspect all the invoices to identify any errors before invoice delivery.
- Answer customers questions and address their complaints
- Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
- Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
- Works together smoothly with the accounts department in preparing account statements and financial reports.
