- Lead strategy, planning, and implementation of all payment initiatives.
- Oversee daily finance operations, ensuring timely disbursal of payables and settlement of claims.
- Resolve payment issues and optimize acceptance practices.
- Analyze business trends for process enhancements.
- Negotiate with stakeholders to facilitate settlements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 8+ years in finance, with 3+ years in team management.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
