Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven leader to manage a high-performing Payments Operations team responsible for daily payment processing, reconciliation, exception handling, and settlement across multiple channels. You will ensure operational excellence by enforcing SLAs, maintaining regulatory compliance, fraud controls, and audit readiness. Improve workflows and implement automation, coordinate with banking partners and technology teams to resolve incidents, and report operational metrics to senior management. Mentor staff, manage capacity and performance, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Requirements: 3+ years in payments operations, proven team leadership
- Strong analytical and process-improvement skills; knowledge of SWIFT, ACH, RTP
- Experience with transaction systems and reporting tools; bachelor’s degree preferred
