Job Description
Home Credit is excited to announce an opening for a Payments Operator at our Quezon City office as we continue to expand. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for daily Transaction Level Reconciliation, processing ADA Enrollment forms, and effectively addressing escalated concerns. Additionally, you will manage payment advisories and act as the Subject Matter Expert in Payments and Disbursement.
We are looking for candidates who possess a strong background in Collections and Payments, ensuring compliance with AMLA, DPA, and other regulatory standards.
