Job Description
We are seeking a Payout Specialist to manage payment processing, account reconciliation, and vendor disbursements, ensuring timely and accurate settlement while driving continuous improvement.
- Process daily payouts and maintain comprehensive payout records.
- Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with finance, banking partners, and vendors to resolve issues.
- Support process enhancement and compliance initiatives.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, 1–3 years of payments experience, advanced Excel and ERP skills, strong attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
