Job Description
The Payroll Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting in the administration of the payroll function within the organization. This includes processing and verifying employee payroll data, maintaining accurate payroll records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing and verifying employee payroll data
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll on a recurring basis
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
