Job Description
Basic qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant Payroll experience.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office is a must.
Amazon Finance Operations – India payroll team seeks individuals with 1.5 to 2 years of Indian Payroll expertise. Proficiency in Employee Tax, Benefits process, auditing, problem-solving, and payroll systems is essential.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Core deliverables:
- Accurately and timely pay Amazon employees.
- Manage Off-Cycle Payrun and payments.
- Process payroll including Salary, taxes, and deductions.
- Provide timely responses to payroll queries.
- Support scheduled and ad hoc payroll tasks.
- 3 days working from the office per week is required.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
