Job Description
We are currently seeking a Payroll Analyst – Outsource to join our team. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the entire outsourced payroll process for our company. This includes reviewing and auditing payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws, and managing payroll-related systems and reports.
Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with external payroll service providers, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, resolving any payroll-related issues or discrepancies, and providing necessary payroll reports to the management team. You will also play a key role in implementing payroll process improvements and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in payroll processing and analysis, knowledge of relevant labor regulations, and experience working with outsourced payroll vendors. Excellent attention to detail, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work independently are also essential for success in this role.
