Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll Analyst. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll and related tasks.
Your main duties will include:
- Collecting and verifying employee timekeeping records
- Calculating and processing payroll data
- Addressing and resolving payroll inquiries and discrepancies
- Preparing payroll reports and maintaining accurate payroll records
- Assisting with payroll tax filings and compliance
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills. Proficiency in using payroll software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel are also required.
