Job Description
Manila Embroidery Gold, Inc. is seeking a competent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll and Accounting Specialist. As part of our finance department, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing, payment handling, and financial reporting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end payroll processing every week and semi-monthly
- Payment processing for all MEGI suppliers and vendors
- Payment processing for subcontractors of MEGI
- Request for 2307 to the accountant of MEGI for a payable amount up to 20k and above
- Generate government benefits’ premiums and loans (SS, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth)
- Generate payroll file monitoring and submit to the accountant
- Encode purchases and other expenses of the company
- Generate purchases file and submit to the accountant
- Generate finance report and submit to COO and HR head
- Generate Project Based report
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
