Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of management reports with reviews and analysis
- Extensive knowledge in Billing, AR, and Payroll within BPO settings
- Oversee client account reconciliation and monthly accruals
- Compliance with regulatory reports like SEC, BIR, PEZA, and LGU
- Design and maintain payroll systems, procedures, and data collection
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, CPA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, finance, and audit
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with diverse audiences
- Proficiency in payroll reports, compliance with regulatory bodies, and ERP systems
