Job Description
The Position
The successful candidate will process payroll in compliance with company policies. Duties include updating data, handling garnishments, audits, and record maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process payrolls accurately and on time
- Handle banking activities related to payroll
- Calculate final pay and collaborate with Treasury
- Address payroll queries from HR and employees
- Conduct year-end uploads and reconciliations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Payroll and Time Administration experience
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Exposure to different payroll systems; ADP experience preferred
- Shared Services background is a plus
- Effective communication and confidentiality maintenance
