Job Description
Hexagon Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Assistant. You will be responsible for the implementation of payroll processes according to our policies. Key tasks include processing payments for loans and contributions.
Duties:
- Assist in processing the Alphalist/Form 2316.
- Help prepare the 13th month pay.
- Update payroll monitoring files.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 1 year of payroll processing experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps.
