Job Description
Join our team at IMPACT Training & Consultancy as a Payroll Assistant. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete payroll cycle, which includes validating timesheets, calculating salaries, and ensuring timely payment distribution. Additional responsibilities will encompass preparing payroll journal entries, reconciling payroll accounts, and assisting with audits.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, coupled with a minimum of one year of payroll experience. Proficiency in payroll systems such as SAP or Oracle is required, along with advanced Excel skills and a solid understanding of labor and tax regulations.
