Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Computation of Final Pay of all employees
- Service Incentive Leave process
- Preparation of Tax Annualization
- Clearing of advances to Officers and Employees
- Process of HMO Loans
- Process of canteen charges for employees
- Payslip distribution
- Assists in processing of Rank-and-File and Project-Contract Workers’ payroll
- Prepares overtime reports (Supervisors, Rank-and-File and Project-Contract Workers)
- Performs other accounting-related tasks that may be assigned by the superiors from time-to-time
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, Excel, PPT)
- Has good communication skills
