Job Description
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in HR-related field required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 1 year experience in administering Payroll and Timekeeping
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in extended hours
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Essential Functions:
- Collating and verifying personnel business forms in compliance to company policy
- Assists Payroll Officer in processing and reviewing the pay slips of personnel versus time sheets
- Checks manual timekeeping for employees under agency and security personnel
- Fulfills other assigned duties and responsibilities with regards to HRD and payroll matters
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
