Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for our HRIS (Human Resources Integrated System) and payroll system
- Offer technical assistance and troubleshoot software issues
- Conduct data migration and software training to end users
- Analyze HR and payroll reports for compliance
- Stay updated on industry best practices in HRIS systems
- Participate in software deployment and integration with other systems
Qualifications:
- Diploma or relevant qualifications in IT field
- 1-2 years of IT support experience
- Fluency in English for effective communication
- Strong IT troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of HR and payroll processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
