Job Description
Role Summary: Spoke is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Associate to support our Payroll Manager. Responsibilities include data entry, payroll calculations, compliance, report preparation, and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain client files.
- Enter and review payroll data accurately.
- Review procedures and suggest improvements.
- Create and run reports.
- Manage client email inquiries.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of payroll experience.
- Understanding of US payroll regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to adapt to multiple systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and deadline adherence.
Shift: Nightshift 9AM – 5PM ET (tentative)
