Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Encode payroll journal from Billing Dept (regular Security Guards, retro, special events)
- Reversal and cheque preparations of two other affiliates
- Hazard pay encoding
- Government Contribution Refund
- Bond deposit encoding
- BIR Certification
- Payroll adjustments/closing entries
- GCash Disbursement
- Driver’s Incentive (Set-up)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any business course (preferably related to administration, contract management, and documentation)
- Fresh graduates may apply but related experience is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Well organized, committed to meeting deadlines
- Fast learner with high document understanding
- Can work under pressure
- Willing to work in Davao City
WORK SCHEDULE
Mon-Fri: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Sat: 8:00am – 12:00nn
Office Address: 2F Babista Building, Davao City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php12,00.00 per month
