Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Payroll & HR Administrator.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payroll calculations, deductions, and payments. You will also handle HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, preparing employment contracts, and managing employee benefits.
Key requirements for this position include a solid understanding of payroll processes, knowledge of HR practices and regulations, and proficiency in payroll software and systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial, as you will be responsible for identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies.
