Job Description
BreadTalk Philippines was established in May 2004, a Singaporean lifestyle brand that has gained international appeal and is widely credited for taking the bread and bakery industry to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely, accurate process and completeness of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
- Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
- Ensure records and processes comply with company policy and legal regulations.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Supervise the payroll team in assigning and evaluating individual’s work and team performance.
- Prepare, maintain, and update accurate and confidential records.
