Job Description
Our Client is looking for a Payroll Manager -HRIS
Category: BPO Payroll
Location: Antel Global Corporate Centre, Floor 28th, 1605 Doña Julia Vargas Ave, Ortigas Center, Pasig
Work Set-up: Onsite
Work Schedule: Night Shift
Budget: Php80,00.00 – Php90,00.00 max package
Job Profile:
- Design compensation packages and bonus programs
- Track pay rates and ensure competitive compensation plans
- Determine global benefit best practices
- Conduct Salary Analysis and prepare reports
- Forecast budget for salary increases
- Ensure accurate payroll processing
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll
- Proficiency in payroll systems, HRIS, and MS Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80,00.00 – Php90,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- 5 years in compensation & benefits & payroll processing
- 5 years in payroll systems, practices, and procedures
- 5 years in HRIS and MS Excel
Ability to Commute: Pasig City
