Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee salaries, allowances, deductions, and benefits, etc.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including salary details, attendance records, and benefit information.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding payroll-related queries, clarifications, and concerns.
- Collaborate with Accounting and HR teams to address any issues and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage the computation and remittance of SS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions.
- Possess strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets, Excel formulas, and other relevant applications.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or equivalent.
- Has experience and well knowledge in Vlookup formula.
- Accounting background is a plus.
- Typing speed of 35-40 words per minute (WPM) with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible, self-driven, organized, and result-oriented.
- Amenable to work 9 hours a day.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
