Job Description
As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll. This includes calculating wages, processing bonuses and deductions, and maintaining payroll records.
You will collaborate with the HR department to verify employee information, resolve payroll discrepancies, and address any payroll-related queries. Attention to detail and strong numerical skills are essential for this role.
Experience with payroll software and knowledge of labor laws and regulations will be advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are also key attributes for a successful Payroll Officer.
