Job Description
As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payrolls. Duties include calculating wages, preparing reports, and resolving payroll discrepancies. The ideal candidate should have strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with payroll software.
This role requires excellent organizational abilities to manage payroll functions efficiently. Additionally, communication skills are essential for liaising with employees regarding payroll-related queries. Prior experience in payroll processing and knowledge of labor laws and regulations is highly beneficial.
