Job Description
Brief Description:
The Rizal Memorial College Inc is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage employee compensation and ensure smooth payroll processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting and processing timesheets.
- Calculating bonuses and allowances.
- Preparing payroll for Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel.
- Scheduling bank payments and distributing paychecks.
- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
- Entering new employee data and answering compensation-related inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role.
- Strong math skills and familiarity with HRIS and accounting software.
- Confidentiality, time-management, and a BS in Accounting or a related field.
