Job Description
The Payroll Process Lead will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all payroll processes within the organization. They will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, complying with relevant laws and regulations, and implementing efficient payroll systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the payroll team and ensuring the completion of all payroll tasks
- Managing payroll data and records, including employee information, salary details, and deductions
- Reviewing and verifying payroll calculations to ensure accuracy
- Preparing payroll reports and analyzing data to identify trends or discrepancies
- Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes
- Staying updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in payroll processing, excellent attention to detail, and exceptional organizational and communication skills. They should also be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
