Job Description
Asticom Group of Companies is actively seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to oversee our final pay processing and address associated inquiries. Key responsibilities include managing final pay processing and tracking, generating reports, and responding to inquiries from resigned employees regarding their final pay. The role also entails preparing certificates and issuing BIR Form 2316 for resigned personnel, as well as collaborating with the Employee Relations team and Operations Managers/HR Business Partners to discuss attrition reasons. Proficiency in Excel is essential for success in this position.
